Valérie Kinon has a Master degree from HEC Management School – University of Liege and has, in addition, a graduate degree in Financial Economics (UCL,a professional diploma of Financial Analyst (ABAF – Belgian Association of Financial Analysts) and the CAPAES (certificate required to teach in higher education institutions).
Valérie has a professional experience of 20 years in the financial sector: 7 years in the stock exchange sector (Euronext, Delta Lloyd Securities and ING), 7 years in the field of Corporate Finance (mergers & acquisitions and corporate valuations – Ernst & Young and KPMG ), 3 years in the banking sector (partner in charge of a business centre dedicated to SME’s (investments credits, Financial structuring – Dexia/Belfius) and 3 years as professor of finance at ICHEC Brussels Management School.
In addition to this academic function, Valérie is also a freelance speaker and advisor on mergers & acquisitions, through her company M.A.T.T. (Mergers & Acquisitions, Teaching & Training). She teaches and gives seminars for 17 years.
