Interactive sessions and workshops will challenge participants in decision-making situations. The Executive MBA starts with a 3 days residential seminar in Lille (FR) dedicated to teambuilding and leadership.
Soft skills are being fostered throughout the program.
Some courses address specific skills :

- Working together means exchanging knowledge with your classmate. Case studies allow participants to practice leadership in the formulation of a strategic decision and to follow a specific action plan,
- Specific soft-skill courses include team building, leadership, negotiation and conflict management, innovation & creativity, cross cultural management and coaching exercises.
