Marketing experts will share with you their passion for strategic marketing decisions and their translation into operational plans. And you will develop your understanding of global operations and supply chain management. You will also get a deeper insight into the peculiarities of cross-cultural management and investigate how conflicting representations can help innovate and manage ethical challenges in a rapidly changing environment.

People, Strategy and Entrepreneurship

What can you expect?
This module is about getting a strong grip on the multidimensional task of designing, leading and managing organizational structure, and understanding people and organizations management. You will analyze how management responsabilities are affected by increasingly international business environment, and by social and societal issues, and gain insight into corporate strategies deployed across industries and borders. Entrepreneuship and innovative solutions are at the heart of this last module.
