UC Louvain, CORE (Center for Operations research and econometrics) is welcoming the  Louvain School of Management IEMBA participants and alumni to offer a unique of talks by the Nobel laurate in Economics (2005) , Prof. Robert AUMMAN at the Center for the Study of Rationality at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Prof. AUMANN’s research has been pathbreaking in using game theory to understand the workings of human conflict and cooperation, a topic always in focus in both political life and economics.

Successful China study trip

Our International Executive MBA participants (promotion 10) just returned from their China study trip. They spent a week in Shanghai, where they attended courses at the prestigious Jiao Tong university. They also visited large and small companies: Huawei, Saint-Gobain, Atelier François Compressors, Picanol Textile Machinery, Automatic Systems and Soudal.

UC Louvain, CORE (Center for Operations research and econometrics) and the Louvain School of Management Center for Studies in Asset Management (CESAM) in collaboration with the National Bank of Belgium offer a unique series of talks by the Nobel laurate in Economics (2013) , Prof. Lars Peter HANSEN  (University of Chicago).

The second seminar on the topic of « Confronting Uncertainty » is given at the UCL in Louvain la Neuve and it is followed by a walking lunch .
